Ludvig's is proud to offer fresh local seafood from Sitka's fishers, Ludvig's house-made bread and desserts. We also use organic ingredients from Full Circle Farm and Sitka Sound's own Alaska Pure Finishing Salt. Buen Provecho!

Ludvig is not a Mediterranean name or dish, but a wolf-hybrid that came into Colette's life in 1995. He was nearly dead when found but miraculously survived. Thus, his namesake is Ludwig van Beethoven in honor of his 9th Symphony, "Ode to Joy" which means "Thanks for Life."

Ludvig was filled with life and his fondness for children was a sight to behold. He loved Sitka and his favorite food was SALMON in any shape or form!
